Is It Possible To Die From Equipment?

Hi,

With the addition of the Gavel Update, items can now change your health, for the better or the
worse, in exchange for other stats. Due to equipment being able to negatively change your health,
is it possible to constantly die from there being no total health remaining?
Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
